Megasquirt or MSEFI projects that have been in the years.
Success stories and also the failures that could occur.
The projects are from motorcycles like Yamaha Vmax with a turbo, BMW R100 turbo intercooler, sports cars like Mazda MX5, terrain wagons like Suzuki Jimmy with a Vitara supercharged engine, drag race funny bike on methanol and charger to V8 bike project.

LPG injection with Megasquirt.

Making the last final touches for the manifold.

All the parts like injectors,foggers and hoses mounted on the manifold.
|
Placed the single BiGas vapourizer in the enginebay and connected the waterhoses to the coolingsystem.

Everything placed into the enginebay ready to mount all the parts inside the car like the Megasquirt box and all the wiring.

Adapting the stock ECU for O2 sensor and TPS , main power and switched power.

Wired the ECUs together and testing. |
After a lot of testdriving and tuning got it smooth running on the MSextra 029t code. Everything runs fine and getting 1 liter LPG per 9,4 kilometers( 10,6/100 : liter/km) with this setup and airco continuous on. |

Now making the connection between the 2 sides and making the fuel rail.

Cleaned up the wiringmess and connected the NOS kit. Mounted a fuelpressureswitch for the NOS kit as safety for the possible fuelpressure drop. Also a set of chrome top K&N filters mounted for street use. |
Clear Fuel lines for the NOS kit on the bottom and above them the injectors from the MSEFI controller.
